Ground Breaking Ceremony
Lendu: On 12 December 2019, at Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Branch Melaka, an event has taken place which is Ground Breaking Ceremony Baitul Awqaf officiated by a State Servant, Dato Nasrin bin Hassan.
According to Dr Amirul Azwan b Abd Aziz, this ceremony is a waqaf project which is they open the collection for all people in Uitm and also to whoever wants to give donations. He said that this idea started a long time ago but this year this project can be processed. Basically this project inspired by Profesor Dr.
Abdul Halim bin Mohd Noor and it was started four weeks ago and maybe it takes six to twelve months according to the financials.
In the morning, all the VIP were coming at the project site around 8am. The opening ceremony took place in a very short time which is when the Dato Nasrin arrived at the site, he go to the tent provided and officiating the ceremony immediately. After that, the state servant aboard he machinery and fulfill the agenda of the ceremony which is groundbreaking.
They took some pictures of the ceremony and have some conversations between the VIP and the staff Uitm. the ceremony also attended form the student some staff Uitm Lendu. The VIP accompanied by the police to make sure their safety.
The ceremony run smoothly without any problems. All the people gave the cooperation during the ceremony. The donations are still ongoing until they receive a designated archer said Dr Amirul Azwan.
